Project Vijay

This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by setting up a fully functional computer lab at a tribal school and enrolling  students for early exposure to IT skills. Teachers from the tribal community are trained to sustain the program locally, while the NIIT Foundation partners to certify and validate the course curriculum. Running from November to April, the program provides structured learning sessions and culminates in an annual assessment exam.

Students who successfully complete the BASIC IT Course — covering computer fundamentals, MS Word, PowerPoint, typing, and creative tools like Paint — receive certifications, fostering self-reliance and empowering the tribal community through essential digital literacy.

The secret of Masonry, like the secret of life, can be known only by those who seek it, serve it, live it. It cannot be uttered; it can only be felt and acted. It is, in fact, an open secret, and each man knows it according to his quest and capacity. Like all things worth knowing, no one can know it for another and no man can know it alone  -William Howard Taft
